1 – Little more, drink more
If you want to urinate frequently – especially if you often wake up during the night to the toilet, which can be a sign of diabetes.
The kidneys must be active to remove excess blood sugar, so it will drive you wake up – sometimes several times – at night. And drink more means your body is trying to compensate for fluid lost.
Two symptoms are always presented together, and “is the way your body tries to control the blood sugar increase.”
